Designed to build a strong foundation of athletic and motivational skills that apply in and out of the gym, our Youth Programs help develop coordination, agility, speed and strength. Combat the negative impact of screen time with the positive influence of fitness.

Train, learn and grow. Our Youth Classes go further than physical fitness. Participants also develop interpersonal skills under the mentorship of a certified Youth Coach.

Learn basic boxing skills and techniques. Class includes cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work and basic self-defense.

Boot camp for kids! Focus on dynamic full body movements that build coordination, athletic ability and confidence.

Learn the basic grappling movements of this Olympic sport. Class includes takedowns, upper and lower body moves and drills.

Exposure to a variety of martial arts. Class utilizes the best of Boxing, Wrestling, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and more.

Learn basic Kickboxing, Muay Thai and Western-Style Boxing skills and combinations. Covers punch, kick and elbow strikes, bag work, calisthenics, and more.

Common Questions

  1. What are the ages of the Youth Program?

    Our Youth Program begins at age five in india and runs through age fifteen, when participants can graduate to adult classes. The age range may vary in other markets. The Youth Program is not available at every club.

  2. Can parents attend?

    Parent or legal guardian permission is required for Youth to participate. Parents are welcome to observe Youth Classes. Some clubs also offer Family Classes where parents and kids can train together.

  3. What does my child need to get started?

    Get started by calling or emailing your local club! You will be connected with a Youth Coach or Fitness Director. Requirements may vary by class. We recommend athletic wear, a water bottle and optional sweat towel. Some clubs recommend the UFC GYM Youth Uniform. Boxing and Kickboxing classes require hand wraps and gloves. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gi classes require a UFC GYM gi.

  4. Are there competition opportunities?

    Our Youth Program provides opportunities for competition and recognition, both internally and externally! The Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program includes a belt and stripe promotion program. Our young athletes compete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Wrestling competitions and tournaments.

  5. I have more than one child. Are there packages?

    UFC GYM supports fitness for the whole family and offers Family Memberships. The details may vary by club. Please inquire at your local club for more details.
